Our Mandate
“Your kingdom come, Your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven.” — Matthew 6:10
We exist to be a prophetic bridge between Heaven’s revelation and Earth’s reformation — shaping culture, governance, and policy through the wisdom of God. Where others see chaos, we discern counsel. Where systems collapse, we rebuild foundations.
The City Council of Prophets is a governing assembly of prophetic voices, reformers, and intercessors united to see Heaven’s government established within the systems of Earth. Operating under the apostolic covering of El Shuvah — “The God Who Waits and Welcomes” — the Council functions as both a prophetic think tank and a spiritual senate for cities and nations.
Our journey is too weighty to be captured in the confines of a website; yet know this — our work is to hear what Heaven decrees and translate it into strategic action that brings justice, peace, and restoration to the land. All prophetic and administrative functions of the City Council of Prophets flow from the Altar of El Shuvah, our apostolic and prophetic headquarters. From this seat, decrees of reconciliation, justice, and restoration are ratified and recorded. Every session of the Council is first a spiritual court, and then a civic council. We invite you to explore, connect, and discern how Heaven is legislating through prophetic governance in this era.

The Council’s Triune Charge

Why The Urgency
The City Council of Prophets was not birthed for convenience — it was birthed because Heaven issued a summons. We are living in an hour where nations are trembling, families are collapsing, spiritual altars are being rebuilt in darkness, and the voices that once guarded the gates have gone silent or grown weary. Heaven is now calling for a consecrated company of prophets who are not driven by platforms, emotions, or popularity, but by jurisdiction, purity, and legislative obedience.
The City Council of Prophets exists because the earth is in desperate need of clean-handed, clear-minded, covenant-bound prophetic legislators who can hear verdicts from Heaven and establish them on earth. This is not a ministry—it is a mandate. It is Heaven’s intervention in a generation drowning in confusion, counterfeit voices, and uncontrolled spiritual warfare. The urgency is simple: if prophets do not take their seat, darkness will. And Heaven will not allow that on our watch.
