What We Do...

The City Council of Prophets is a governing assembly of prophetic voices, reformers, and intercessors united to see Heaven’s government established within the systems of Earth.
Operating under the apostolic covering of El Shuvah — “The God Who Waits and Welcomes” — the Council functions as both a prophetic think tank and a spiritual senate for cities and nations.
We believe revelation must lead to reformation. Our work is to hear what Heaven decrees and translate it into actionable strategies that bring justice, peace, and restoration to the land.

1. Legislate Through Prayer
We convene prophetic councils and intercessory sessions that release decrees, verdicts, and divine rulings over cities and nations. Each gathering functions as a spiritual courtroom, aligning territories with Heaven’s constitution. These sessions don’t react to darkness—they govern it, enforcing the verdicts of God in the earth.

3. Educate Reformers
Through PIT University’s Prophetic Legislation Division, we train prophets, intercessors, and community advocates in spiritual law, divine jurisprudence, and apostolic strategy. Our students don’t just learn to hear Heaven—they learn to execute Heaven’s intent through wisdom, policy, and prophetic implementation.

5. Restore Communities
In partnership with El Shuvah’s Outcast Healing Center and Healing Wounded Women, we address the brokenness within families, neighborhoods, and systems. We believe national reformation begins with personal healing. Our work restores identity, reconciles hearts, and rebuilds communities' social fabric.

2. Advise Leaders
The City Council of Prophets provides prophetic counsel, moral clarity, and strategic insight to civic, faith, and marketplace leaders. Our goal is to ensure that righteous governance is not limited to the pulpit but flows into policy, economics, education, and culture. We serve as a bridge between revelation and reform.

4. Monitor Nations
We observe and interpret global trends through prophetic intelligence, issuing City & Nation Watch Reports that identify spiritual climates, social crises, and redemptive opportunities. These reports help intercessors, leaders, and institutions act proactively—turning prophetic insight into practical governance.

6. Strategize Prophetically
We gather apostolic and prophetic reformers to design blueprints for sustainable transformation. These strategy sessions address both spiritual and civic dimensions—creating prophetic policy frameworks for education, economics, justice, and faith-based collaboration.
