Overall Course Summary
The City Council of Prophets training pathway is designed to equip watchmen, intercessors, prophets, and reformers to move with biblical order, spiritual maturity, and governmental responsibility. These courses are not built for passive prayer, but for those called to discern, document, intercede, legislate, and stand until Heaven’s will is established in the earth.
Each course strengthens a different part of the assignment: hearing clearly, watching faithfully, recording accurately, praying strategically, and responding according to the counsel of the Lord.
These four foundational courses prepare believers to understand the role of the watchman, the language of prophetic legislation, the function of spiritual councils, and the burden of city and regional intercession. Students will be trained to move beyond emotion and confusion into scriptural clarity, disciplined prayer, spiritual intelligence, and responsible prophetic action.
Students will learn how to carry cities and regions with maturity, avoiding emotional reaction while developing language, focus, and strategy for long-term intercessory assignment.

Council & Bench Work
Council & Bench Work introduces students to the language and function of chambers, courts, records, decrees, intercession, jurisdiction, and enforcement. This course helps prophetic leaders and intercessors understand how spiritual matters are processed with order, wisdom, and accountability.
Students will learn how to think beyond individual gifting and begin understanding corporate responsibility, council protocol, documentation, prayer strategy, and spiritual governance.

Watchmen Training
Watchmen Training equips students to understand the biblical role of the watchman according to passages like Isaiah 62:6-7. This course teaches how to watch, discern, document, pray, and report without fear, confusion, exaggeration, or spiritual disorder.
Students will learn the importance of placement, persistence, prayer, remembrance, and establishment as they develop the discipline to remain faithful on their assigned wall.

Prophetic Legislation
Prophetic Legislation teaches students how Heaven’s verdicts are discerned, recorded, prayed, and enforced. This course introduces the language of spiritual order, jurisdiction, decrees, verdicts, and enforcement so prophets and intercessors can understand how to partner with Heaven responsibly.
Students will learn how to move from simply sensing a burden to identifying what Heaven is revealing, what Scripture confirms, and what response is required.

City & Regional Intercession
City & Regional Intercession trains students to pray strategically over cities, gates, leadership, systems, and spiritual climates. This course focuses on discerning the needs of a territory and responding through prayer, repentance, decrees, and Spirit-led action.
Students will learn how to carry cities and regions with maturity, avoiding emotional reaction while developing language, focus, and strategy for long-term intercessory assignment.
